Elody and Kristen were amazing to work with. We were consistently impressed by Elody leading up to and the execution by her and Kristen on our wedding day. My wife and I both felt like we were more than clients to Elody and Kristen! Elody made sure we were prepared for the day and handled all the coordination between vendors. She has a great relationship with the team at The Griffin House and it made everything a breeze!
Gosh, where do I begin? We interviewed other wedding coordinators before meeting Elody and she changed our perception of how warm, stress-free, and fun the whole process could be. Elody was good friends with several of the other vendors in town which made it easy to trust that we would have good experiences with them as well. Elody was such an integral part of our wedding planning process! At so many points, she went above and beyond with suggestions, proactive communication, handling of vendors, and design notes. She even took a video of our welcome drinks spot -- which she was not in charge of planning -- just so we could see the space virtually and feel more relaxed going into our weekend. The only thing we wished was different about our Crag Rat Hut rehearsal dinner and welcome party would be that we hired Elody sooner! Planning an event from Boston to be held Hood River was impossible until we started working with Elody. She is a true professional. Elody was our coordinator for our wedding at the Ruins. She was a gem from our first meeting as she was easy to talk to and down to earth. As the wedding day approached she organized and communicated with all of our vendors in regards to the final details. Elody and her assistant were excellent. They both worked hard throughout the wedding day while also assuring that our needs were met as a bride and groom. I couldn't recommend working with Elody enough and I do pass her name onto anyone who is in the market.
