Apartment #6 in this location is a pure lemon. When i lived there in 2023 the apartment never got below 75 degrees due to a pad leak under the kitchen and bedroom. I eventually found a jet of steam coming through the floor of my bedroom, something that happened 24/7 the entire year I lived there. Further, during rainstorms the apartment flooded.
