This is an old building with much to be desired. The management co. is "let's see, how to put this politely" NOT resident friendly. These units are priced for location, NOT comfort. Musty, mold and minimal upkeep. Here is an example of the way they operate. I lived there for 2 years. I had 2 power outages that required an after hours maintenance call. Both were on Holidays.
