I tried to stop by today to get Information about leasing but the office was closed. I got a hold of a woman on the phone named jaserin and she was very hostile when I asked when someone would be at the office. When speaking to a tenant outside , I was told the new management just didn’t care or respond typically which seems like the experience I got
Jaserin and the new management company do not care about tenants or the building, they currently are raising rent and are very rude about any requests sent to them. As soon as you sign your lease they will be dismissive.
Lived at the Sandrock Apartments for nearly 3 years. Cara was very responsive and a great Property Manager that looked out for the needs of her tenants. Would have loved to stay longer but had to move out due to personal reasons. Great location in San Diego. Highly recommend.
