You should never ever live at Elan pacific palms. I lived there for 10 months. During the last 6 weeks of my time there, I wasn’t able to use my kitchen to cook because there were termites in the cabinets and their droppings were falling onto my stove without warning. I filed multiple orders to have this fixed, and they kept delaying a fix. When they did finally send someone, they used a cheap, ineffective fix.
