This building has went to garbage since R.A Snyder Property Management took over in September 2024. It wasn't great before that but now this place is practically unlivable and the rents are ridiculous.
Wish I could rate based on living here, but I'll just do it off of experience from TRYING to live here. Had TWO scheduled appts for viewings & NO ONE showed up both times. Tried calling when I was there & no one picked up. In fact, about the ~30 times I've tried calling there in general, I've probably gotten through 3 times. All during business hours. Thanks for standing me up a twice & wasting my time! Unprofessional!
