Moved in somewhat recently. Adriana and Liliana (managers in office) were extremely helpful/patient when helping me with moving in. They answer emails and phone calls from my fiancé and I pretty much immediately, anytime we had/have a small question or concern. Maintenance was very quick and efficient with a few requests we had upon moving in. They gave us no problems at all. Very impressed with the customer service I’ve received so far. Staff here seems genuinely kind and helpful! Thank you!
We live there. Rent goes up exponentially. The environment's ok maintenance is okay
Adriana, the Community Manager was so wonderful and patient. I truly appreciate her. It’s hard to find someone that really takes the time to listen to exactly what it is that you need. She found us the most amazing Apartment and I’m forever grateful to her because now I get to start the new year in a wonderful place thank you Adriana.
