Our first week here the sink broke and started flooding our kitchen, then they installed fire alarms about 3 months AFTER we moved in. Fast forward, people are getting shot here, we fall asleep to police lights every other night it seems, the jacuzzi is dirty, the lights in front of our unit are shot and no one has fixed them so I don’t take my dog out at night, our $3,000 bike was stolen, our dog got attacked and our packages were stolen within 10 minutes of being delivered ! Extremely unsatisfied with this complex…
This complex have old appliances when I say old is like 50’s appliances ,trash everywhere outside the dumpster,they never change nothing from the apartment like carpets,appliances,bulbs,homeless inside the complex,pool dirty also this new manager had a bad attitude like if the company pays her salary for had this worst customer service ,She is not effective and not at all kind manager we have many years living here and it’s the first manager That doesn’t solve ANYTHING as if the work was too much for her capacity Also the re... read more
