Best property manager we've experienced. Mary Kathryn is always immediately supportive, punctual and in office. In the last few apartments it has been the opposite and she made living there enjoyable. Highly recommend!
When you move out they will try to scam you into paying money way over your deposit even if you’re a clean person! Also the leasing lady doesn’t answer emails and you have to go in person to try to get an answer for anything. Only perk is location the rooms are old and outdated.
They bought up most of the apartments in OB so they can set market rate. My rent increased $1000 in the last 5 years since Eln bought the apartment. Raising in the max legally allowed every year. Just bumped it up $250 last month, and my fridge went out. Instead of replacing the 10+ year old, $600 fridge, they tried to repair it 3 times so I’ve gone a month with a room temperature fridge. There’s greedy, then there’s Eln Musk apartments greedy. These people have no shame. And will bleed you for everything you have
