I worked with Yvonne and Sarah to get me into my apartment and they were the most amazing help I could have ever asked for! It was such a quick turn over from me applying to moving in, and even now after moving in they have continued to be so helpful and just overall wonderful support. I am seriously so grateful
I loved living by the beach. Nevertheless, during Covid-19 layoffs and financial crises Elan was more than helpful with a great staff. It all changed after 2021 when their new manager, Ivy used a third party company to harass and bother residents who had legal emotional support animals living with their owners. The third party company asked for another updated later from my medical doctor who prescribed my service animal, thus forcing me into paying more money on top of the additional rental increases. I have called, emailed a few ELAN properties in San Diego area. They never reply or call you back. I am moving to this location and have never dealt with such an unprofessional organization. I now just avoid this rental company if this is just inquiring I cannot imagine obligated in contract with them.
