This place is incredible. They’re so responsive. Not judgmental at all. From front desk to doctors and nurses, A+
Front desk staff (Kendra) needs let go. I miss the old office staff, we have been going here for 7 years. I can’t complete a thought without getting interrupted by her. I’ve seen her a handful of times and thought her bad attitude was just a bad day… no, it’s just her. We will be switching locations because she’s really that bad to deal with. She is incapable of smiling or relaying pertinent information for staff to call you back. We enjoy Dr. Hoeger very much, he is understanding and kind.. but I’m not dealing with rudeness... read more
Consistently late on appts even in the morning. Not sure if poor time management related or over booking issues. Sad they don't respect their patients time but Otherwise decent practice so far

Doctors and nurses are great. Records management is horrible! Get a new IT system that allows BOTH parents to see their own kids electronic health records. Don't rely on faxes in 2024. That would make it a 5-star practice.
