Loved It! Living at Elmwood Gardens was such a great experience. It is so close to downtown and you have the absolute best Super in all of Morristown - Zack is truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. He fixed every work order that we placed within 24-48 hours. As someone who knew absolutely nothing about home care and maintenance, he felt like such a great safety net when anything was broken, and I am just truly so glad to have met him.

Love this Place! I lived at Elmwood Gardens Apartments for 3 years and it was a phenomenal experience. Zak the landlord is awesome and will get to any issues you have as soon as they come up. The apartment complex is always clean and the location in Morristown is awesome. I would highly recommend staying at Elmwood Gardens or any property tun by De Mattheis Investments.
Loved Elmwood! I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall a very pleasant place and amazing management. By far the best street in morristown to be on since it’s walkable to all restaurants, bars,etc. but you dont have to deal with the craziness of the green. A very lovely place, i would definitely recommend!
Great Place To Be! My experience with elmwood gardens was amazing! Very clean and well kept building. Management was always super responsive and prompt. This location could not get any better, a few minute walk and you are in the heart of the town. I have nothing but good things to say about my time here. Would definitely recommend renting an apartment here to anyone!
Elmwood Gardens I lived in Elmwood Gardens for about 3 years and had a fantastic time in this apartment. Utilities and on site parking were included minus electric was a huge advantage. It also goes without saying that living within a minute walk to south street and downtown Morristown was a huge perk and draw to live in Elmwood Gardens. Not Worth Renting Here We rented over the course of quarantine (April 20-21). Apartment appliances present are sufficient, but that is the only positive of living here. Apartment management was not accommodating of any real-life situation, more specifically financial concerns that arose during quarantine with job loss. Deceptive lease practices impacted agreed upon lease term and corresponding financial payments not disclosed on the onset. Well Maintained Complex I lived at Elmwood Gardens for around 7 years. The location is truly fantastic and you can walk to everything that downtown Morristown has to offer. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The super is also very nice and will remember your by name. He is always around in case there are any maintenance issues. It was the perfect apartment in downtown Morristown for a young professional!
