Where is our hot water? This place has fallen apart. What a disaster. A Property, full of residents that has been sold and now the residents are left in limbo. No hot water for a week! I, like a lot of other residents have to work every day. I have been forced to shower with a wash rag in my kitchen sink, this is unacceptable. NASTY> Stayed at an AIRBNB Yesterday we left. My girlfriends car was broken into, I was assaulted and filed a police report. Your building smells so bad you can not breath. We paid all this money for an AIRBNB only to have no hot water. You will be contacted.
So many issues with this place and the constant rotating property managers are no help. Consistent issues with having no heat in my apartment, there is almost always an elevator down and sometimes both don't work, the garbage shoot backs up frequently, the parking gate is frequently broken and assigned parking spots (that we pay for) are often taken by other people.
