Zero star. We are being charged for gated parking. The gate is open all the time. Four wheels and tires were stolen from our vehicle. Management never responded to my calls, emails, and voicemails. Leasing team are nice people but don’t have any authority. It is a month since the incident with our vehicle, still gate is not fixed. $9k is the repair cost, towing rims and tires. I have not heard from the management on when the gate will be fixed.
Drain problem still not fixed, at first it was my sink now it’s my tub… ridiculous

unbelievable! Sink drain has been clogged for approximately 3.5 weeks now. i’ve put in several maintenance requests, sent emails, and called them several times left voice messages and personally reached out to them yet nothing has changed or been fixed. Talked to the maintenance guys, they said the unit next to mines pipes are backed up and they were working on it. it’s been a few days with no update and the water has been sitting there for a week and the song regurgitates black mold almost. 0/10 would not recommend
