I’ve been living here since the middle of May 2024. It has been a really pleasant experience so far. Nicole, the property manger takes the time to get to know her residents and really cares. I have had a few issues with maintenance in my unit, but it always gets resolved within a timely manner and is communicated very well. The grounds are kept clean and tidy for a wooded community. I regret signing a new lease at this property. I'd lived here for over 5 years.( update: I no longer live here) If I could give 0 stars I would. I've seen this place go from bad to worse, to improvement to currently the worse!. Yes they have renovated some of the units here but, there is still a lot of room for improvement.The grounds are embarrassing and the office is not often there and don't return calls also, high turn over of manager's.When it comes to the residents living here the property owners don't seem to care abo... read more
I visited elmwood and met the property manager Nicole. Very pleasant and inviting. She took me on tour for the 1 bedroom. It’s Cozy floor plan. Grounds and Landscape do need attention. I’m interested for sure! no availability open for the time I’m interested in a few months. I will check back in a few months.
I just renewed my lease for our 2nd year, the new property manager is very dedicated to make our community safe and a wonderful place to leave. She has an open door policy which it is nice to see. We call Elmwood Apartments our HOME. Thank you!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! I've been here for 3 years going on 4 and this is DEFINITELY home to me. The staff here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! The leasing manager Mrs.Beth is the ABSOLUTE best, hands down! They are very adamant about taking care of their residents. Very quiet, clean, & peaceful environment. I would give more stars if I could! If you are looking to live in a comfortable, family oriented community, Come to Elmwood Apartments and see Mrs. Beth! You won't regret it❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
