Since moving to Elmwood in May 2025, I initially experienced responsive staff, timely maintenance, and consistent services such as pest control and landscaping. However, since new management assumed responsibility in early 2026, there has been a noticeable decline in several aspects. Major concerns include: Maintenance delays: Requests often require weeks or months to be addressed; for example, a leaking water heater remains unrepaired despite parts being available. Posting for a current elderly resident. Moved in 4/14. Urgent maintenance requests are responded to timely. JR is always cheerful and happy to help. Haven't had problems so far with rent payments or fees. This will be updated if she encounters any. Star is kind and the neighbors my friend has met so far are friendly. The apartment looked clean at move-in and no signs of pests.

Homey kind feel
I just recently moved into Elmwood Apartments. I love the homey feel of the area and the management (Starr and JR) are very hospitable. They always answer any of my questions and try their best to accommodate my boyfriends and I’s needs. I’m having a great experience so far.
