I couldnt ask for a better HOME! The previous review is completely outdated. The NEW office Manager is name Sandra Dean, she works hard for her tennants, has been busting her hump to fix this place up, we moved in 2 months ago and has been a dream, maintenace takes care fo every problem possible, The apartments are getting face lifts, everything from new windows, carpet, appliances ect. Royal Oak - Gheto Scene Elmsleigh apartments is a bad joke, this place was built in the 40's and has not been updated since. These Apartments are in horrible condition and filthy even when you move in, with the promise that it will be painted and clean. Don't believe it, Management and Maintance was alright when I moved in, But for the last 2.5 years the woman who's name is Janice Miejers is a liar, busy body and spends most of fat lazy ass on her computer doing background checks on her tenants, tryingto find out all she can... read more
