I had a very great tour with Hal Lawrence! He was really nice and explained everything very well to me regarding additional fees, amenities, and the differences between different units. If you are looking for an apartment to call home, definitely tour with Hal, he will explain everything very well. On top of that, he looks very professional and matches your energy! Out of all the tours I did yesterday, he was by far the best! Definitely looking to lease here!
Larry jones 0 stars This apparent complex sends out your monthly bill on the 1st of each month. Not weeks before like every other apartment complex before and after them. You cannot pay it early. You only have that 3 day window to review and pay. They will only send it to one email even if you sign up with a roommate and give them two emails when applying.
