Daniela is an amazing manager, she always makes it fast and easy to get stuff done and taken care of. The leasing agent is so on point she greets you when you walk in and is ready to show you floor plans. Overall a great office staff!!
I have a very good experience with Cesar Santos. He always has a great attitude, always willing to help, if we have something to change or that need attention in the apartment he make sure is fix ASAP. The attitude and the attention for me is very important. Since day one Cesar Santos is always pending with my question, emails or calls. The apartment is really nice and in a good zone.
BEAWARE!! These guys making money off application fees they will get you denied for simplest reason when they tell you if you don’t get approved you’ll pay extra $250 to get approved. They charged me $250 application fee & the guy his name Cesar told me It was refundable & now the application got denied they say I can’t get my $250. Scammers & I found rats in the apartment
