Had a wonderful experience with the whole staff at Elmquist Eye Group. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr Wagner is the best and Dr. Rodriguez did my cataract surgery, which went smoothly, no pain, no fear. She was wonderful and so was the surgical staff!! I highly recommend using Elmquist, they are all very professional.
After hearing about Elmquist Eye Group and specifically Dr Rodriguez, I canceled my cataract surgery with one of the more heavily advertised offices. I couldn't be more pleased. Office appts were basically on time, friendly and capable staff. I never felt she ran 'high volume' surgeries. She did 14 the days she did mine at a surgical center. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The techs are knowledgeable explaining things as they go. The doctors are top notch. We wouldn’t trust our eye care to anyone else
Amazing staff from the scheduling desk to the Dr.s and associates. Kind, and supportive. Professional and knowledgeable. Communication skills by the surgeon; excellent. I am grateful and a happy client.
Very thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. Staff is friendly and efficient and willing to explain tests and results-( second part done by physician.) Lovely clean and well lighted waiting space and exam rooms. Optometrist very helpful in discussing selection of glasses and materials. Estimates for types of glasses given up front as well as sending Rx for correction with patient. Desk staff also very courteous and knowledgeable.
