Seamless bilateral cataract surgery, from check in to exam to navigator/counselor, then of course to Dr. Rodriguez for the surgery. Every step of the way was thoroughly explained and entire staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing, knowledgeable, skilled and thorough MD. From the time you check in to when you check out, this patient experience is EXCEPTIONAL! Technicians are so professional and take the time to explain any testing to be performed. Also are very sure to be very careful and sanitary. Dr. Wagner is there for YOU! Never appears rushed, very patient focused during her exam, and is always clear with answers to my questions or concerns. This was perhaps the best Eye exam I've ever had! Yes, it was in preparation for cataracts removal, but everything was most professional and well done! Our Certified Tech, Ellie, was a joy to work with. She was bright, articulate, kind and precise! I really appreciated her time and her skill! Now, to select a package and have it done. I truly recommend them.
Top notch organization from the bottom to the top. Doctors and staff were friendly and polite. Excellent job by everyone. Five stars would be awarded if not for 8am appointments. I'm not a morning person but if you want the best make sacrifices people.
We moved from NJ to Florida and had to get new doctors. The experience has been mediocre at best, until now. The Team at Elmquist Eye surpassed all expectations and exceeded in every way. The receptionists were kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The doctor’s assistants were extremely polite, extremely knowledgeable, and took time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. Dr Rodriguez was the icing on the cake! She is simply the best! What a great experience, second to none! Bravo, and THANK YOU!🙏👍👏👏👏
