Dr. Rodriguez and her staff are OUTSTANDING! They are knowledgeable, efficient, and CARING. Dr. Rodriguez and her team communicate throughout the surgery which is very calming and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Elmquist, the doctors and support staff!
I’ve been going to this eye group for years. I love that they are not a huge corporate group that has assembly line care. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional. The office is beautiful and will soon have a surgical suite right on site. I’m pleased with the care I’ve had. Dr Wagner is so personable and patient, since I ask so many questions. Top notch !
Annual visit I was out within 45 minutes, they were efficient, informative, answering all my questions. Provided suggestions on different medications and alternatives to local drug stores to help manage costs. Dr. Wagner has great communication skills, she shows empathy, and is very concerned about her patients. Great practice, I highly recommend Dr Wagner!!!!
This office is top notch…..from the highly qualified drs, to the technicians to the office staff. I have never been more pleased in working with these folks vs the other eye specialists I have gone to. All are professional, friendly, and competent. I have never had an issue or problem. They care about your needs and take the time to answer your questions and concerns. They will spend the time with you until YOU are satisfied.
I am disappointed that there is no public Wi-Fi in the waiting area. When I asked about it, someone at the desk said it was because there would be a problem with people listening to Audio and bothering others. That seems to me something which could be easily monitored and controlled as it is in every other medical office that I go to. Otherwise, my visit to Elmquist was excellent.
