I was offered a seat while the advisor captured my vehicle details, and we had a clear conversation about what I wanted versus what the car actually needed—no fluff, just straight talk. Appointment scheduling is simple - you can make an appointment by phone or text message; I can choose a date and time that suits me. The paperwork is simple and quick.
