The staff are amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist and dental offices. These people have been so awesome. They have been working with me. They have been patient. I am finally getting the work done that needs to be done. This past week, I had some extractions at a different office and location. And I was really unhappy with the outcome. I was so upset. Like many, I HAD an intense fear of the dentist. An experience when I was a teen scarred me. I was referred, to Dr. Smith, by a co-worker. She had nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. My first visit I expressed my fears and they assured me that they were there to make me comfortable. Before this I wasn’t getting my regular cleanings and I knew I had some work that needed to be done. Now I make it to all my cleanings twice a year and even started Invisalign! Dr. Smith’s office is amazing. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left they never made me feel uncomfortable for not going to the dentist for 7 years! Rachael my hygienist explained everything she was doing and was great. Dr. Smith was great at going over my treatment and getting a plan in place for me. They definitely deserve 5+ stars!
