DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! They lie, cheat and steal. Anything to make an extra dollar off the tenants. I’ve tried for 60 days to talk to someone - email, text, portal, etc. No one will answer any of my questions. They will escalate and “look into it “ which means absolutely nothing. So very unprofessional! I’m sure you can find somewhere better.
A complete dump that gets worse by the day. As a neighbor called this place: A Smoker's resort. In the stairs, in the inside stairs, outside the stairs, in the cars in the parking lot, at the tables, in the grass. Everywhere outside this building inside the complex smells like pot and cigarette smoke 24/7. Our apartment smells like smoke 30% of the time. I want to give a big thank you to Jorgji and the Elmhurst Terrace maintenance team. Jorgji helped me late at night around midnight and was very kind, respectful, and professional. I really appreciate him taking the time to come help and making sure everything was taken care of. It means a lot to have a maintenance team that truly cares about the residents. Great service and dedication!
If your read this, it’s not to late. Save yourself from this awful living situation, the rent is not worth it at all. Awful staff, lazy maintenance, people smoking in hallways, expensive rent with no WD or patio, and jimmied front doors for free access all under one roof. Unless you’re coming from a rough part of town, this will feel like a leased prison rather than an apartment.
I've had a wonderful experience living at Elmhurst Terrace! Lisa, Robin, and Araceli, along with the maintenance team, are truly exceptional. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their dedication, responsiveness, and care for the residents make this a great place to live!
