Been here since February so far. I haven't had no issue . Management in the office are really awesome and nice . It's a great area to live around stores.Everywhere, neighbors are awesome quiet. If you don't wanna have any issues, just keep your house clean. I would definitely recommend this Apartments.
Ive recently moved out in June, not too many complaints. Lisa is really great to work with and will get things done fairly quick. I recommend calling rather than emails. Rarely any issues with pest but did see a small ant problem which was resolved before it got worse. Theres no individual control for the heat during winter, but you will not be cold. I am currently a resident and I am very unhappy on how management operates. As someone else said, keep all your emails and don’t let them walk over you. It is a battle to literally get anything resolved from them. I have had issues with them properly doing their job and the lack of accountability. They also had the audacity to blame me about the situation and also charge me for 2 months of a Parking fee that was also part of their oversight.
