It has been a pleasure living here. Great atmosphere. The ladies in the leasing office are kind and helpful. Whenever I submit a Service Request, Maintenance responds quickly and fixes the issue.
Do not rent here! They are money hungry and the management lies and never remembers anything. Make sure that you have everything in writing. Take screenshots of all relevant documents. They file evictions even when you have paid late fees and rent. Beware they are working with the lawyers and have them to charge a large fee and they are probably getting a kick back from them. So sad that people are trying to make it. THIS IS A VERY SAD WORLD THAT WE LIVE IN!!!!! MAY GOD HELP US!!
This place is an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t advise living here unless you like overly priced apartments, frat parties every weekend, college kids that don’t clean up after themselves, hearing what your neighbor is doing 24 hours a day, garbage trucks that wake you up every single Saturday morning at 7AM, and management that could care less. Living here was the absolute worst 6 months of my life.
