Looks decent, but not so nicely ran.
Good experience here. 6 years now and when Lisa and the crew took over everything started to get better. We are happy with our apartment. Maintenance is quick to come when issues. The homes are clean and kept nice for us. price is still pretty good. we are looking forward to our year 7 lease.
I totally agree with the other people here saying to stay away from this horrible place! I lived there from 2022 until last week when we rushed ourselves to find our own place and decided to buy our lease agreement even though was pricey!!I saw that place going downhill each year,specially the last 6-7 months when we had to deal with the neighbours who dragged garbage bag through the stairs and left such a mess in front of our door several times or the mice that were as big as cats and made holes in front of the building or ... read more
Lived here for 3 years didn’t really have any problems . If I had an issue management and maintenance were there to help !!!!!
