Terrible customer service very rude people. The lady on the phone needs to retire already. Very antiquated servicing and air of arrogance and superiority.
My father has been renting here for years. He enjoys the apartment. We had an issue that needed to be resolved, and we found the management very helpful on an issue we needed solved. They were accessible and responsive to our needs. Nice people to work with.
I was one of the original tenants over 30 years ago. I don't know how well kept the building is today, but back when I lived there, it was VERY NICE! At the time, the security system that connected the lobby to the tenans, and decor was the industry's latest which gave the building, back then, a kinda "High Class" appearance. I inquired about availability and prices and getting any information out of this lady was very exhausting. She had weird personal questions and couldn't tell me which units are available and the exact prices. She just said 2 bed is going from $2400 and 1bed is not less than $1999. Considering the photos of the building inside it looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. I thought it would at least be cheaper. Very disappointing.
