I inquired about availability and prices and getting any information out of this lady was very exhausting. She had weird personal questions and couldn't tell me which units are available and the exact prices. She just said 2 bed is going from $2400 and 1bed is not less than $1999. Considering the photos of the building inside it looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. I thought it would at least be cheaper. Very disappointing.
The location is this apartment’s only redeeming quality. The management is very out of touch and antiquated. The price point was ok, but they will try to increase the rent on you after a year of living there then charge a new resident the same rent that you paid. I would not recommend living there longer than a year. You have to pay rent by check which indicates this establishment may be having cash flow problems or does not understand what a computer can do. Management is hopeless. I have been trying to get a security deposit check back from them for over 3 months and all I get are excuses from Linda every single time. They dodge the issue and claim that the owner has a stack of over 20 checks he has yet to sign leading me to wonder why that’s the case for the other former tenants facing the same issue.
