I don't know what happen but they improve drastically. The service and nurses were amazing, for the first time my needs were was care for. Just the only thing was the homeless people kept sneaking in claiming they need help in order to sleep in the bench or take food. Otherwise good hospital I'll go again if I need an emergency visit
Emergency room staff are rather inattentive to patients, making them wait far too long unless you're not dying.
Horrible place to go and get any procedure, our beloved friend went in for a simple procedure and she now brain dead and no chance of life 💔
Went to peds ER Extremely sensitive and caring staff for us in and out in under 3 hours - with labs and scan- my kid was very scared and the team did everything to help him feel at ease - thank you
The doctors and nurses are generally decent and clearly trying their best, but the unit is overwhelmed and poorly organized. Staff are stretched thin in the emergency room and on the admitted patient floors, and one in particular were notably unhelpful. The bigger issue is the lack of continuity. Critical findings are not being communicated between shifts, leaving the next doctor starting from scratch. For a hospital, this level of disorganization is unacceptable and puts patients at risk.
