History Established in 1974. Elmer was born in Sonora, Mexico and came to the United States at age of 11. He grew up in Los Angeles area and started his work career very young. Awesome food! Really crowded during high school lunch hour from 11:45am-12:45pm.
My girlfriends and I enjoyed our dinner and had a great first experience. We drove 28 miles to enjoy our tacos. The staff was extremely helpful despite the busy crowd. We will be back.
