May I ask what you purchased from us that you were unhappy with? I checked my sales and have NO RECORD of any sales to anyone with the name Ditchfield... This does however coincide DIRECTLY to the time frame when we had a run in on ebay with a Kevin Reichert who abused ebay policy and conducted a bait & switch, keeping our part we shipped him and returning us a damaged part for a refund. I just find it very strange we get a 1* review on a facebook page we don't even use, on the same day we have a problem with this other gent... read more
