Elmer is in the business of providing quality work at a very reasonable price. Willing to work with you to accomplish ambitious projects as well as quick walk in pieces. I had a great experience getting my first and certainly not my last tattoo at Elmer's. I highly recommend his work and have shared my experiences with my friends and family.
I have a Tatoo from about 22 yrs ago still as nice as the day it was healed!
