elmers done most of my tattoos. hes very respectful clean and an all around good person. 30+ years hes well worth msking calls all day and trips to bloomsburgh from williamsport just to try to slip in his chair.

Had a tattoo done on leg in memorial of my father and it turned out lovely. Best tattoo artist that i have been to. And the price is very good for the size of the tattoo. Will be going back to Elmer's if i want any more tattoos. He is very friendly and his place is very clean.
Elmer is such a very generous guy, and he did an amazing job with my first tattoo ever. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful work at unbelievable prices! He is very professional and careful and got the tattoo done so fast. I got a smaller tattoo but the actual tattoo time was only like 12 minutes and it came out so perfect!
