Overbooked, overwhelmed and under informed. Total disconnect among Dr. and staff results in misinformation to patients. Dr. ordered bloodwork, staff calls and comments on one test, saying levels are good. Had no info. on rest of tests. Arrive for appointment and told levels are high and can't explain why original answer was different. Told rest of bloodwork was good and found ourselves that platelets are elevated, which is a concern. Ordered CHEST x-ray, got a chest x-ray and told us her BACK looks good. Whaaaat?!!!!
