The management allows employees to have loud non stock mufflers on their vehicles and when some leave around 3 am to 3:15 and early hours they wake up everybody when they crank up their cars, they also could care less they wake up the senior community building right behind their complex. Disgraceful!
They will NOT refund the $4,802.26 that I paid for just 2 weeks, Dec 15-31, 2022, even tho my dad DIED exactly a week after entering the facility, even tho he entered Covid Negative, even tho he tested Positive Dec 20 and NO ONE CALLED ME until Dec 22, at 5 pm to let me know, even tho I called the ambulance on Dec 22, but he was already dying. Don't the rooms look fabulous online, that is because you have to furnish them yourselves and you wont find that out until the day your loved is moving in.
Allison is a sorry excuse for a human being. She has this vendetta against younger and better looking people.
Definitely top in Care and Top in comparison to other communities
This senior living center is the best I have known as I have other family experiences at senior care facilities. My mother is getting great care and the staff is so caring! from the the Resident Services Director to front desk to caregivers, they are just the best
