The facility is beautiful and all of the employees that I encountered were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, after discussing the needs for memory care we collectively determined that this environment would not fulfill the levels of security measures needed for advanced dementia care.
They are supporting and available. Wonderful atmosphere. They are helping even after my loved one has to be placed somewhere else.
If you are looking for a place for yourself or loved one, please consider Ontario Estates! The staff, whether it is nursing, managerial, office, food prep or housekeeping consists of some extraordinary people! The activities coordinator puts heart and soul into the events planned in an effort to accommodate all levels of participation. The way the residents are treated like family is amazing the staff took great care of my Aunt and Uncle and specially appreciate Starla for going above and beyond for us.
