STAY AWAY!!! MainVue was only attentative and efficient when selling the house, but once you move in, the service completely drops off. They’ve been extremely unresponsive to 12-month home warranty requests, making it frustrating to get even basic items addressed. It feels like they focus on selling homes, but put little effort into supporting homeowners after the sale. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting MainVue to come and fix the issues…
Poor staff at the sales office . The demand in this location got on their head and did not want to attend to their customers/potential buyers
