Extremely rude, have zero compassion for their clients when people make mistakes or have personal emergencies or issues that come up and need to re-schedule. They pride themselves on helping patients overcome anxiety, they'll do that, build repoire and a relationship with you and then, just when you actually DO start feeling secure going in for treatment with them, they'll just drop you as a patient and refuse to treat you in the middle of your treatment plan, and I'm not even talking about not paying your bill, we are paid ... read more

Rochelle is the ABSOLUTE best dental assistant on the planet, Dr Edward's & all the other Doc's I've seen there over the last year have been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I can't imagine going to any other dental practice! Thank you for everything! U all r so wonderful!

I’ve been going to Elma family dental now for almost a year, and I love them! Everyone who works here is amazing and so nice! They even gave me a little gift bag of stuff for finishing my dental treatment! I wear my shirt and use my cup all the time 😁😁 Here now waiting to get called back for a cleaning as we speak ☺️
5 ⭐️ The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained my billing even when I didn’t really understand all of it completely and they helped me to move around the care I needed to get the most of my insurance. Their office is very updated. It was a very pleasant experience.
I had waited over half a month for a treatment plan. I work 18 hrs a day and my time is limited. First visit was x rays and consultation. Second and third visit was for teeth cleaning and options to correct my dental issues. I left the consultation with no plan to do anything. If you had a good experience good for you I have Zero confidence in this dental office
