Hi Michael - we asked how everything was at the time you were here and did not receive a complaint at the counter. The other establishment you mentioned takes 2 hours to receive a shake from them, so waiting 15 minutes is more than reasonable time to wait for ours. We appreciate you driving all the way from NYC to have our soup, salad with shrimp and a shake, unfortunately what your saying here is different than our dialogue in person and truly difficult to serve you better if we are unaware of issues till after the fact. Loved the food, loved the shakes, waitstaff could be a bit more attentive but there was a shoot going on so maybe they were caught up..however, it was very quiet in the diner. Overall, a good dining experience. Would come back for the food!

Went there for the first time. Awesome food and service! The waiter and owner were very friendly! I would totally suggest this diner to everyone. Well worth the drive!!

My kids were blown away by the cool milkshake choices. A great way to start their February break!
First time there with my son n his family Food was good and friendly staff. The milkshakes looked amazing . Very clean and home like atmosphere .
