This was the 2nd time we ate there. The first time we ate there, the food and service were fabulous but last night the food was not good. I had gotten fish and chips which were greasy and couldn't eat them. My husband had the steak quesadilla . All it was was some steakums cooked and put in a tortilla with salsa and sour cream on the side. No cheese or flavor. Very dissatisfied.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback Toni. Fish and Chips are typically a greasy meal, and our steak quasadilla has chunks of steak in it not slices. I hope next time you'll bring this to our attention at the diner so we can address it properly. Happy Mothers Day and hope to meet and exceed your expectations next time! :)

Delicious food, far better than what I've experienced at any diner and I do enjoy diners. I've been twice and enjoyed entirely different things both times. Milkshakes, rice pudding, wings, cheeseburger, chili, chicken lemon soup, chocolate cake all delicious.

Food was good! Milkshakes were fantastic! The service could use an upgrade to keep up with the product. Definitely be back with the family.

Business response:

Thank you for coming in Chris! We are working hard to serve you quicker without compromising on quality of product. Look forward to seeing you and the family soon!

The food was good, the customer service, especially the girl at the counter is disgusting. First, the bill was not itemized and when I questioned she was rude aggressive and beyond unprofessional. I do business in Stamford all the time, I will never ever step foot in there. Would never recommend to anyone!!! Worst dining experience ever!!!

Food is really good, busy on the weekends and as such servers are very busy too so perhaps attention to customers is a little lacking at times.

Business response:

Thank you Sheri, our goal is excellent customer service, and we take pride in serving our customers quickly and accurately. The weekends are very difficult for us despite having several staff on hand, we are doing our best and hope to see you again soon so we can show you how we've progressed. Thank you for your honest review.

This diner is absolutely the best! The food is ALWAYS delicious. We receive a warm welcome and a donut minutes after arriving. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
