As a patient here, I highly question the ethics of this facility. I also noticed that they minimized my physical health conditions, while playing up my mental health in an effort to make me sound "mentally unstable" and uncooperative; and I just lost a disability appeal, although I actually do have qualifying health conditions. I had a dental appointment scheduled here as I was told by a Family Health Centers of San Diego clinic that this location was one of the clinics with the earliest dental appointments. When I walked to the location, I was first confused because the entrance appeared to be to the basement, and I thought it was for maintenance. I strongly recommend choosing a facility with mentally healthier staff when it comes to your health. As others have mentioned, the staff here were rude, impatient, and unprofessional. From the moment I interacted with them, it felt like I was an inconvenience—they seemed more interested in going home than helping patients. super dissatisfied. I set up an appointment for a tb test, vaccination, and physical for work. they wouldn't fill out the documentation my work needed without another appointment and didn't have a record of the requested TB test or vaccine. I wasted over an hour and got none of the things I needed. They automatically set up another appointment that was way outside of the time limit I had for work
