I set up an appointment for a tb test, vaccination, and physical for work. they wouldn't fill out the documentation my work needed without another appointment and didn't have a record of the requested TB test or vaccine. I wasted over an hour and got none of the things I needed. They automatically set up another appointment that was way outside of the time limit I had for work

On April 8th at 8:30 am, I visited the Elm Street Family Health Center to submit some important medical forms that needed to be completed by my psychiatrist. I had a future scheduled appointment, but upon arrival, I was told that I needed another appointment. This turned out to be unnecessary, as my psychiatrist later informed me that I could have just dropped off the forms. Normally, I go to the Hillcrest Family Health Center to see my Primary Care Doctor and have never faced such issues when submitting documents there.

I visited this facility 3/7/2024 had blood work done was advised I would get a telehealth call to inform me of results after two weeks and I did not receive a call I callled and was given another telegraph appointment this now 3/19/24 I received the registration call saying I would then receive a call from the doctor no call I call again this is now 4/4 I was given another appointment for a call same thing received the registration call then no call from doctor when I call them again they state it’s because I have an out of ... read more
