Hi, I just called here and to inquire about an apartment. They have listed that they have studios available. She said she’s got a one bedroom available when I said I wasn’t interested in that. She hung up on me. Bad customer service. Of course I’m going to leave a bad review. Learn some manners lady.
I've been living here @ Elm Street Apartments since 2011. I love my apartment it's home. Especially my landlord Zamira. Ever since we had her she's the best compared to the last 2 landlord we had. Zamira is always available when needed. Any service request she's on it right away.
I am living here at Elmdale for more than 15 years now! My family has grown since, and I had my son born here! love this place as my home and keep my apartment clean and comfortable and I never had any issues with any bugs at this property! Management here is very helpful and friendly. All our requests are very important to our manager, and she tries to fix them as soon as possible! It is a quiet and nice place to live and a great location!
