Judy Banach__Our dog Maui died at 13, Sunday and Dr. Lange came to the office and helped us thru putting our dog to sleep. He took care of her thru having a bad heart and I'm glad we had him. He also sent us his paw prints when he was cremated. XOXO
We recently had to put down our 15 yr old dog Sandy. We had been taking Sandy to see Dr. Lange for 7 yrs and received terrific care each & every time. The office associates handled our situation with respect and love the last day I brought her in. A few days later, we received a hand written condolences card from Dr. Lange that really touched us. It was a very appreciative and thoughtful gesture that we will keep always. Thank you Elm Point!!
Dr. Lange us the best Vet we have ever known. We have been going to him for 20 yrs and recommend him highly. We see him as family!
They are great they took care of my dog Sheba she needed emergency surgery and they are great making them her permanent vet love them.they are so great
The doctors, staff, and facility at Elm Point are the best available. My furry family members have received excellent care from the doctors here for almost 20 years. You can't put your loved ones in better care than here at Elm Point. Thanks to you all for taking such good care of us over the years.
My 5 month old Shih-Tzu was neutered, microchipped and had a hernia repair. After the initial 7 day check, I was concerned about his recovery - Mario, visiting Vet from Brazil, checked him out, said he would have someone call to follow up after our visit. I did receive a call checking on how Cosmo was doing, I was unsure of his progress, tech gave me several suggestions to get him to eat - it worked and he is back to normal - love the attention my fur babies get here.
I appreciate the help Dr Clapper gave to Tracie Nelson with her special need kittens.
Love the staff here!! We have been going here for years with both our dogs and cats!! Dr. Little is the best doctor around!
In a very serious situation with my dog,I was out of work and if not for Dr Lange and the Elm Point Animal Hosp. she would have died. They took her in and treated her like a "QUEEN" and saved her life.. <3
