STAY AWAY. The place is filed with roaches and bed bugs. This year they did a stunt- bring K9's to smell the bed bugs. We were advised to stay out of our apartments so that the K9's can smell peacefully. I had a camera installed in my room, no K9 or superintendent came to smell. Also those who need to vacate within 30days, please Ask Maria about assignment. She will decline it, the per RTA rules you can give them you 30 day notice. Hope this will help someone to escape from this place.

Rampant roach issue!! Theft of package deliveries and admin does NOTHING about it! If you need something repaired it will take weeks or months to get fixed! Our fridge had an issue of randomly turning off and it left us with rotten food 3 times— took months to get a replacement! During dead of winter there will be no hot water with no announcement no apology no nothing! Also very alarming: the building management has their own set of keys and entered our unit without our consent!!! Very weird and an invasion of privacy UPDAT... read more
