RUN! Most scammy rental company I have ever dealt with. They asked for a rental deposit during the application process and deposit it immediately after application approval WITHOUT a signed lease. I am not signing a lease with a company like this and notified them immediately for a refund, and they have been ignoring my emails. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE.
