I had a great experience working with Tefta, the leasing agent at 200 Elm Street. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Tefta took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was clear and smooth from start to finish. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a stressful process much easier. Highly recommend working with her if you're considering moving into 200 Elm!
As a resident here for the past 4 years , this has been the best place to live . Tefta - the lead agent with Sterling karamar and my main point of contact has been a very trust worthy and reliable point of contact for any concerns. Since it’s located at the heart of downtown, accessibility has been a great plus point.

I've had an excellent experience living at ELM place. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which makes me feel right at home. My unit is modern, spacious, and quiet—with great natural light and all the amenities I need.
I had a great experience living here in Elm Palace. Tefta is very friendly here. I highly recommend everyone who is seeking for a better home to rent here in downtown Toronto.
