Absolutely deserves zero stars. Let me start by saying — there is NO gym in this building. The lease agreement clearly states there’s a gym, but that’s a flat-out lie. I’ve lived here for over five years, and the only thing remotely close to a gym is a small room with a sign that says “Gym” on the door. Inside? Nothing. No equipment. Nothing functional. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, some of these 5-star reviews feel super forced—like, are we even talking about the same place? This building is crawling with bedbugs and roaches. No matter how much they try to clean, they just won’t go away. If you like losing sleep and feeling stressed every time you walk into your apartment, then sure, this is the spot for you.
