Horrible place to rent !!! Management sucks, low security, bed bugs and cockroach everywhere ! Ineffective Pest control and terribly warm as there is no central heating . Greedy management holds people money, try to scare you and make money of people. Very unprofessional staff in management except for Superintendents. Dont waste by renting in this Nightmare of Elm Street.
Absolutely deserves zero stars. Let me start by saying — there is NO gym in this building. The lease agreement clearly states there’s a gym, but that’s a flat-out lie. I’ve lived here for over five years, and the only thing remotely close to a gym is a small room with a sign that says “Gym” on the door. Inside? Nothing. No equipment. Nothing functional. It's your dream apartment if your dreams involves roaches, beg bugs and bad management. Please make sure all your communications with them are in writing. Vacated 6 months ago, yet to receive my last month rent interest and key deposit. On top of that they send me to collections claiming I was still living there without paying rent. Tefta and Roida are really kind and supportive. They try their best to make tenants happy living here. You will be 100% happy living here. Fred is also very kind and fixes everything nicely and quickly. Very good management team here
The Worst Living Experience in This Apartment Due to the rush in finding a place to live, we couldn’t do enough research and unfortunately ended up choosing this unit. I strongly advise you to thoroughly investigate before even considering this building. Since moving in October, we’ve faced a new problem almost every day. 1.
