I searching a new place to live, but I can only read so many complaints about those buildings. Why nobody report to the TENANTS BOARD and found a real solution. The people need take action when something very serious, specifically when should affect our health.

From someone who lived in this place for years; long enough to get the full experience and know exactly what I'm talking about, let me share a piece of advice with you all: Don't ever move in (whether into 200 Elm St. or 222 Elm St.) before you conduct a very, very thorough inspection of the empty place for bed bugs, preferably with the help of a pest professional.
