Hi guys, i been living in this building from so long . Everything was smooth, apartment is really nice for the prize we got here. It’s in pretty good location plus we got nice view from building. Tefta helped us a-lot in everything from day one. And always gives best customer service plus she helped in getting new apartment for great price. Love it. Overall great place to stay :)
We lived at 222 Elm Street under a 13-month lease agreement that clearly included two months of free rent as an incentive. However, after we moved in, management changed their position and claimed that only one month was free, not two. They later started asking us to pay for one of the months that was originally promised as free. This has been extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Even after reporting these problems through the app and informing the office, no one has contacted me or taken any action to resolve them.**
If something is broken it takes MINIMUM 6 weeks for them to respond, even then they keep making excuses to delay the repairs. Management and maintenance are extremely lazy. Our fridge was broken and it took them 9 months to replace it. So we had hundreds of dollars worth of food spoiled without so much as an apology from them. Insane bed bug problem. My wife wakes up with bug bites all over her arms all the time.
