We love living in Elm Park! We love the peace and quiet. They build quality homes, partner with a preferred lender that offers great deals, and they really walked us through the buying process. It's also a nice location within walking distance to trails, and some homes backing up to woods. Unfortunately, the tone from the warranty team changed dramatically the moment we closed. I had to fight so hard to get them to resolve work that had been agreed upon as a condition of closing but had not been completed prior to closing. Really bad experience with this builder, stay away from them , their 1st project - Kings Grant at Apex NC. We have requested Dustin Long and their team to fix the community issues a year back and till date they have not addressed even after multiple email follow-up's. They are just to make money and leave the community in a bad shape with unfinished work. Before purchase , please visit Kings Grant community at Apex and you will understand their work better.
