Dr. Mukherji is an incredibly intelligent doctor. She was able to identify an additional potential problem quite early in our visits. She referred me to an endocrinologist who confirmed her suspicions and got me started on treatment. There was also another cardiac-related incident that she again quickly identified a potential issue to bring up to another one of my doctors. They are unclear about their scope of practice and do not follow up. I had to call them for months to get an answer
I saw this Dr virtually just over a year ago, and unfortunately, it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Since that initial appointment, I have had zero follow-up from her or her office. Despite dealing with ongoing health issues, I’ve felt completely abandoned without any support or communication. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark when you are trying to manage your health.
