I just started working with Matt and team at ELM. But we’re off to a great start. Very clear communication, super responsive, and pleasant as can be. I appreciated after the first service getting a message that explained the thinking behind the height of the grass they mowed to in the front and the back and what might be different going forward as the long hot and dry summer progresses. Definitely would recommend!
Matt was awesome! He answered in the first call after I called 3 different lawn services . He came out the next day and now he’s got my business 2x a month for years! Friendly and great customer service ! Would recommend him !!!
