The shittiest building and the management is very rude they start construction at any time of the day, water outage at any time without notice never leasing a house here again ever
Had an appointment for an apartment viewing. Arrived on time and was told the person needed 10 mins to finish lunch. 30 mins later, we called for an update. Because we were looking for a place 2 months from now rather than 1 month, management decided they did not want to do a viewing and cancelled it. Drove 45 mins, patiently waited past our appointment time for person to finish lunch, just to have our appointment cancelled on the spot. Buzzer never works and is always down at 125 parkway forest. Bedbug infested. They think we live in the building for free. Please don't take an apartment in any homestead building.
Worst management people in the city. I have called multiple times and left voice mail for inperson tour. No one picks up the phone
the worst management in the world. they never clean. the buildings are full with cockroaches. building management is rude. they came at 10 pm because I was water leaking frome inside of the wall in my unit to the unit below. they've broke the wall in the bathroom and left it. and after a year of me constantly sending them requests to fix the wall. nothing is happening.
