Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous review. The building is currently undergoing renovations, and the noise is unbearable — not just from the balconies anymore, but now also from the basement. You can feel the entire building vibrating throughout the day. Noise levels often reach up to 80dB inside the apartment, starting from 7/8AM until 5PM, making it unlivable if you work from home. I should have known better. Worst management ever! If you have a complain, no one will respond to you. If you go to their office, Fernando just won’t care if they inconvenienced you. Construction all year round making the building not livable. I work from home but as soon as they see an opportunity they start construction. At 7am! I know that’s legal, but seriously, all year round? You didn’t even mention that when we signed the rental agreement. Hi everyone For all the people who are parking at 1751 Shepard Ave E and 80 Forest Manor Rd, please be careful with your cars some unknown person or persons are targeting the cars. Breaking windows, when we went to report incident to homestead in the office. They simply said we are not responsible for parking if any damages or items lost in the cars. But they are very eager to give a parking ticket when someone park . They are very much interested in making money in terms of parking but not concerned if there is any robbery ... read more
