An old building. Currently undergoing renovation of the balcony railings. Not recommended for accommodation.
This management is running a cash grab. I called to ask if I could switch my parking spot. They say that if I switch from One spot to another I need to pay the new parking rent ($185/month). That is a rip off for a parking spot. Not too long ago, parking spots were 80 for indoor and 60 for outdoor spots. Absolutely, draining tenants’ pockets at every opportunity.
Nothing is good about this building. The rent is expensive. The floors are old. The kitchen is low quality but looks new. High population density. There are bedbugs and cockroaches.
