Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. AVOID AVOID unless u are into games and getting the run around.
1. Had to replace engine because mechanic stripped the head on engine. They had car for a month while they placed a new engine in my 2011 jeep, was only two half years old and mechanic caused me to have to get new engine which they acknowledged and fixed. Took a whole month to fix and had a rental for month.
2. Got recall on brake part, called for appointment , waited a month for part, went to appointment, had friend take me so wasn't stuck their at dealership, left with friend then 3 hours later they called to tell me they did not order right part(one would think they would verify before a customer drives 1 hour 20 minutes for appt that they have the right part). They were suppose to fix a noise/rattling in front of car as well. When I picked jeep up stated nothing wrong that was causing noice. So I rescheduled for recall and to look for noise again.
3. went to 2nd recall appointment. Told guy at counter I would like someone to ride with me to here for themselves the noise. He told that would not be necessary. Had car 3 hours stated front end OK on their receipt. So I left but was confused at what was going on so went in and spoke with manager, he had mechanic ride with me finally. We drove 10 feet and mechanic heard and agreed something was wrong. So went back in to Paul the manager and he states " you can leave it and we will get it in when we have time today or go somewhere else." REALLY how about I'm sorry and let's get it back in right away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER.
