Avoid this place! I went to Elm Dental Associates in Waltham, MA on 1/5/07 for a cleaning/exam and the cleanliness of the office was highly questionable. In addition I was informed I had 2 cavities. When I subsequently went to a different dentist to have them taken care of, I was informed I did not have any cavities. I am assuming there are standards about cleanliness for dental offices, of which I am sure they are in violation. The floors and surfaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Very good care I've been going to Dr Yelena Gutnichenko for ovr 6 years now and the previous reviewer is so wrong. She is very articulate and cares for her patients. The assistances are very gracious and proffesionasl . The office is always neat and in order. I am not sure what is this previews reviewer is talking about. I highly recommend this dentist.
doctor helps if you work together When I moved to Massachusetts in 2003, my mouth was full of problems (did not have insurance prior to that and also was scared to death of dentists). Doctor Gutnichenko told me how bad it was. I didn't believe and went to another doctor, he confirmed most of her diagnosis (although put in much milder expressions, it was all same), so I decided to begin solving my major problems with help of Dr. Gutnichenko. My experience was great the staff it’s so kind and profesional
Everyone in this office was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the office is not handicapped accessible.
