Great for all ages! Very qualified lifeguards and I felt very safe with my kids there!
I ride a ten mile loop from my house to the Coon Rapids Dam and back. It is such a lovely, peaceful ride. The trails are well kept and the wildlife stings can be interesting! I've seen deer, wild turkeys, and a variety of birds to name a few! I have also had many many rides on the Elm Creek Park trails. It's exhilarating!!
Don't step off the trails or the Nazi park rangers will harass you. Very rude, too.
