**** PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW **** I lived in this complex for 2 months, TOTAL. I originally signed an 11-month lease with Elm Creek Apartments and Townhomes located in Elmhurst, Illinois. This complex is owned by AIMCO, an owner and operator of apartment communities in the U.S. The apartment met all of my expectations, UNTIL I heard an unnerving 24/7 ticking sound stemming from the HVAC duct work.
