We were fortunate to meet Elliott and Adam from ELM Construction in August 2012, after a fire destroyed our house. Elliott helped us from the beginning when dealing with the insurance company, which was a long and exhausting process. Elliott provided a thorough estimate for the insurance company and helped us negotiate the correct amount for rebuilding. When we started the kitchen renovation on our Homewood home in the spring of 2013 my wife and I weren't sure who to go to for help. Elliott was referred by a friend and delivered big time. It was a small/mid size project for him, completely gutting the kitchen and dining room but he was constantly checking in on his subcontractors and on the work being done. We enclosed a screen porch and the entire Elm team was fantastic. The work was done on time and in a professional manner. There were no surprises and the project manager (Kevin) did a superb job managing the project. All questions were answered and any issue resolved. Our neighbors and friends compliment the project. This is the 2nd project with Elm and would suggest they be considered/selected for any home improvement/building project.

Extremely professional and true to their word. The keep everything on track and on time. Their subs are above the industry standard and aim to please. They spot any areas that could potentially be problems down the road, and fix them, even if this was they no fault of their own.
