We are ecstatic about our experience with ELM. They added a screen porch and fences to our courtyard and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. Elm Construction did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation project! It was a major renovation and from the initial meeting thru the punch list Elm handled everything in a professional and first class manner. Project came in on time and in budget! We will use Elm Construction on our next project.

We hired ELM construction for our master bath remodel last year. Every encounter with their staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. They were very willing to work within the budget we set forth and communication throughout the project was easy and any problems that arose( and they were few ) were quickly and thoroughly addressed and resolved. Our finished bathroom is beautiful. I would use them again without hesitation and have recommended them to friends as well.

We hired Elm Construction for a remodel of an older town home that was damaged due to fire and water. We did not know them but received a recommendation, so decided to meet with them for a preliminary consultation. We were so pleased with their professionalism that we decided to look no further and contracted the job with them. They remodeled almost the entire home and worked with our insurance company. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received with ELM Construction. From my initial phone call to the quoting process to completion of the job, they were top-notch and extremely professional. They were also affordable and worked well within the budget we gave them, offering multiple solutions to our fit our needs. Elm construction has completed 2 jobs for our family. Both have been smaller jobs. The first was wood exterior wood replacement which required a custom piece of wood (we live in an older home) to be used, then priming and painting. The second job was a little more extensive. ELM Construction has completed a number of projects for Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark. The projects range from new roofs/paint/repairs on the historic Sloss Bath House, Sloss Scale House and historic Sloss Rust Boilers. The projects are not only unusual and of a historic nature, but require someone with a creative and innovative mind--something that ELM Construction is known for.

We hired Elm Construction to renovate our home. We added a mud/laundry room, converted an old sun porch into a dining area, knocked out a few walls to open up the place, completely re-wired the 1949 electrical system, painted the interior, tore down an old carport, added steps with railing going out from the mud room, refinished the floors, fixed various things that were broken, and completely renovated and modernized the kitchen.
