Worked with Christina. She is the best! Very professional and compassionate. She made my life much easier.
Don't waste your time here. I hung up on one of their employees after 2 minutes of her being rude and condescending. No class. No respect. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen then this is the place for you but avoid if you want good customer service.
I can’t say enough good things about Elm City Management. My wife and I have had the pleasure of renting from Diane and Ray for A little over 4 years and in that time they have been nothing short of accommodating and prompt in all situations. I was always proud to bring people to my shop because of the way the grounds were meticulously cared for.
