5 Star : My Experience The first person I dealt with in the body shop, a female, was poor at communicating with me. And that frustrated me. But once Anna got involved she was MUCH better. And yes it took longer than I hoped, but the end result was amazing. I am VERY pleased with the work done and the end result.
0 Star : My Experience There was a staff issue that has since been resolved. So my experience was based on a bad employee but after the fact.......Elm could not correct the issue fast enough. Yes, I was pleased in the end. Thank you Chris and Anna!🙂
