If you want to get an appraisal to reduce your tax burden on your house, this is the guy to go to. Absolutely incompetent, he undervalued my house by about 15% even when I appealed with more appropriate comps. My house is only 1 year old, right now the builder is asking $27k more than Ed's appraisal for my floor plan with no upgrades, and we had $50k in upgrades. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT APPRAISER.
