The AC is still broken in my unit, with lack of response and efforts from the management team. Other than that saw a kid sitting at the lounge till late at night past few days ago. I asked what happened he said he’d been lockout waiting for management. Doesn’t sit right with me not speaking up. Saw him sitting there for hours with just tank top and slides. The building is quiet, very clean, excellent natural light, spacious and the staff is top notch. We never had any issue. I would recommend Elm 51 to anyone! Best apartment for my small family.
I recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't mind getting their package stolen. Packages just went missing. There are security cameras in the common areas but the management is doing nothing except telling you to get refund or reshipment.
